Great service, Highly Recommend them. Optimum Plumbing was the third plumber we contacted. We are in a bit of a time crunch but Alex was able to squeeze us into their schedule. Matthew is a knowledgeable plumber and he did an amazing job fixing our leaking Roman tub Faucet and offered a more reasonable solution. Thank you, and will use you again for future plumbing needs.

What a great experience with Optimum Plumbing! First Andrew saved my neighbors a HUGE expense on their plumbing and today Matthew saved my newish water heater from corroding and leaking rust through my drinking water pipes. Both technicians had a wonderful disposition and actually seemed happy to do their “not so easy” job. Thank you. As a real estate agent I’m always on a lookout for great companies/professionals and both of these gentlemen made my “preferred vendor” list. Both the person who answered my first call and the plumber who showed up the next day are pleasant and courteous. They sent me several text messages so I knew exactly what to expect. Andrew is professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and sprung into action. The job took him three hours, and he replaced only the necessary parts. He left the place very clean. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

March 2025 Matt showed up on time and got to work quickly - we had a clog in our old toilet and needed to have a new toilet installed. Removed old and put in new in less than an hour. He was very professional and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Pricing was more than fair and very affordable I would recommend Optimum Plumbing to anyone and everyone

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency. The toilet /tub/and sink were backing up at the same time the washer was running. Gross to say to least. Same Day service. No up charges. On time/Pleasant/Professional/Honest the company Appears to hire only the Best people. Thanks Matt Thanks Optimum
